  • What are the standard times for check-in/check-out?
    Guests can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. Upon special condition the hotel may allow early check-in and late check-out. Please contact us for additional information.
  • Is there a car park at the hotel?
    Yes. The hotel has its own car park, free of charge for our guests.
  • How can I make a booking for the Winery?
    Reservations for the Winery are accepted upon request by contacting the hotel reception at info@hoteledelweiss.bg or calling us directly +359 888 372 444, +359 886 211 999, +359 889 130 999
  • Is there a kids corner available at the hotel?
    Yes. Children can stimulate their bodies and minds with a variety of educational toys and games at our room specially dedicated for kids. It is situated on the same level as the Winery and the Board Game room.
  • How can I use the Relax Zone and do I need to be a guest of the hotel?
    The Relax Zone of the hotel is free of charge for all in-house guests. Its working hours are 10 a.m. until 8 p.m from Thursday to Sunday. If guests from outside wish to use the facilities, they are advised to approach the Reception for bookings.
  • What are the working hours of the restaurant?
    The restaurant of Edelweiss hotel is open Thursday to Sunday from 7 a.m until 12 a.m. (midnight).
